Summary of Position

Candidates for the Residential Sales Representative should be outgoing and have strong sales skills to generate leads, maintain existing accounts and assist in growing our Tampa client base. This position will involve being a liaison for customers to help them with their roof replacement process. Jasper Contractors, Inc. provides complete training needed to be a successful Tampa Sales Representative. We are part of a recession proof industry with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads with prospective residential clients
• Present a no-cost, no-obligation roof inspection to potential customers
• Perform thorough roof inspections, including taking photographs of specific areas of damage
• Consult with prospective customers as needed
• Maintain customer information in company database
• Respect and adhere to all company policies
• Take ownership for projects, self-motivated
• Be detailed oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
