Summary of Position

The Orlando Residential Sales Representative will utilize strong sales skills and an outgoing personality to generate new sales leads, maintain relationships with potential clients and perform no-cost roof inspections. This position will be responsible for guiding customers through the roof replacement process and offering no-cost roof inspections.

Jasper Contractors, Inc. provides all sales training needed as well as a competitive compensation package that includes a company truck. This job is within a recession proof industry with numerous opportunities. The position is ideal for an aggressive sales professional who will accept no less than a six-figure salary during the first year.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads with homeowners in Orlando
• Offer potential customers a no-cost, no-obligation roof inspection
• Conduct roof inspections, including photographing specific areas that need repair
• Confer with potential customers.
• Maintain company database with client information
• Obey and respect all Jasper company policies

Requirements

• Outgoing personality A+
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Basic computer, internet and smartphone skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to climb on and inspect roofs
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR
